There are lots of excellent courses on HOW to help clients buy their first home, but this course is primarily focused on WHY.

Many renters have a vague idea that owning a home might be a good long-term financial investment, but don’t know just how massive the difference home ownership is to their wealth. Further, the top reasons most people want to buy a home are non-financial, like not wanting roommates, freedom to customize, more stability, etc.

Their stated reasons for NOT owning today are usually financial in nature. This course is designed to help agents understand and then demonstrate to their prospects and clients the enormous short- and long-term financial benefits of home ownership. It is also designed to help agents provide solutions to common credit, down payment, and market condition objections they encounter.

Bookkeeping 10 min. a month: Agents learn how to do their bookkeeping in literally 10 minutes/month. Helpful for the back end of their business.

Dan Mullen
Dan has been a Certified Public Accountant for 8 years, having worked for worldwide, national, and regional firms. While practicing as a CPA, he noticed how often high net worth individuals used real estate as a key investing strategy for creating, protecting, and holding wealth. He decided to do a deep dive to discover how to implement those strategies for every day people.

Shortly after investing in his own properties, he built a passion for real estate investing and recently began to dedicate his professional life to helping people understand and invest in rental properties. Recognizing the powerful effect of leverage on investment returns and in preparing for retirement, he began working as a mortgage consultant, currently with Summit Home Loans.

Dan’s CPA credentials and creativity provide his clients and referral partners unique advantages in real estate investing and getting self-employed borrowers to qualify for mortgages.
