They are in a variety of environments and locations and often meet with a stranger . . . most of the time alone. Dale addresses all these situations with a no-nonsense delivery discussing options and proper mindset as to how to Identify, Avoid, respond (if necessary) and Cope with the aftermath if they find themselves victim to a violent encounter. Dale’s passion on the subject matter is undeniable and it comes across in his teaching style. You will not be bored in this class! Course benefits After attending this 4-hour CE course Realtors will have the tools to attempt to identify, prevent, respond to (if necessary) and cope with the aftermath of a violent encounter. The Realtors will have the tools to try and identify possible violent situations while they are traveling with and to their client’s destinations. They will have ideas that they have more than likely ever discussed before to protect. Realtors themselves and their clients while working or traveling in their business and daily lives. Realtors will learn what to expect when the police arrive and will be given positive directions as to how to explain any bad situation they may have witnessed or been involved in. Realtors will also be given directions to how they can cope with the aftermath of a bad situation. They will be given suggestions as to how they will be able to be safe and move forward in their lives. Dale has worked several assignments in his 27+ years from Patrol, FTO, K9, as a Detective in several specialized units focusing on violent criminals, violent encounters and putting those criminals in Prison. He was a TAC at the Police Academy, was most recently a Corporal in the North Idaho Panhandle and is a Certified Instructor through the FBI. Dale worked as an undercover detective for almost 8 years, sitting side by side, eating, drinking, and socializing with violent offenders. He’s been up close and personal with violent criminals and has seen how a lot of these offenders’ act and think. Because of this, he knows their mindset and can teach you how to identify and respond to violent situations should you find yourself in one.
