The Drive to 850 provides many unknown strategies that can create new possibilities for you to find more home buyers. This presentation utilizes outstanding new stories and detailed graphs to give you an inside look into the credit system and the FICO credit score. With rising home prices, potential home buyers are looking for ways to be mortgage qualified and to improve their purchasing power. Many of these potential home buyers can take small steps to increase their FICO credit scores and substantially improve their home purchasing power in a "hot" real estate market.

The Drive to 850 also reviews some critical personal issues. Credit companies were fined $27 million in 2017, after they were caught "deceiving consumers" for selling products that misrepresent your true credit information. This misinformation is now everywhere. In addition, the Equifax breach exposed 143 million social security numbers to criminals. Many have warned consumers to "freeze" their credit. Find out why freezes (and credit monitoring) can be the wrong advice.
