The NAR Requires that you take at least 2.5 hours of class on the code of ethics every three years.
The class is 3 hours of Core CE, which satisfies the NAR requirement, as well as the 3 hours for your license.

Learn about the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. Learn how to interact ethically with your clients, with your peers, and with the general public. All REALTORS® and Appraisers are required to take this class between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2024. The Code of Ethics class is REQUIRED to maintain your membership with the National Association of REALTORS®, Utah Association of REALTORS®, and with the Utah County Association of REALTORS®.
