Brenda Nelson
Brenda has been a REALTOR for over 27 years. She is the Principal Broker/Owner
of Ridgeline Realty in Roy, Utah.
Brenda has served on several committees through-out her career at her local real
estate board, Northern Wasatch Association of Realtors, and served as their 2018
President. She has also served at the Utah Association of Realtors as the 2024
Leadership Academy Dean. She is currently on the 2025 UAR Professional
Standards Committee and is the 2025 Realtor Political Action Committee Chair. At
an NAR level she is on the 2025 RPAC Participation Council and is a NAR C2EX
Ambassador.
She has received several designations during her time as a REALTOR. She was also
selected as the 2021 REALTOR of the YEAR from the Northern Wasatch
Association of Realtors.
To top everything of, she is also a pre-licensed real estate instructor and teaches
real estate classes and CE at the Ogden-Weber Tech College in Ogden. Brenda is
married to Buggs (they own Buggs Off Car Wash in Roy), She has two amazing
children, David & Lisa, and 3 beautiful grandbabies, Arlo, Grant, & Arya.
