Peter Christensen
Peter J. Christensen, J.D. – Peter Christensen has been CEO of Utah Central Association of REALTORS. Before that Peter was senior counsel for the Utah Association of REALTORS. He was with the UAR for over eight years.  As counsel for the UAR, Peter over saw the forms committee and legal hotline.  Peter is involved in the development of the standard real estate contracts and forms used by REALTORS® throughout the state of Utah. Peter has also worked extensively with many local boards of REALTORS in training professional standards committee members.  As a subject matter expert, Peter helped create and review questions used for the real estate licensing exam in Utah. Peter is a Utah native born in American Fork and raised in Orem.  He graduated from Mountain View High School before going on to Brigham Young University where he received a BA in communications marketing. Peter received his juris doctorate degree from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University. Peter is certified by the National Association of REALTORS® as the Professional Standards Administrator for the UAR. Peter is also a continuing education instructor for real estate licensees in the state of Utah and a member of the Utah State Bar.  Peter currently resides in Orem with his wife and four kids.
